Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Non-Delivery
In rare cases, mailing issues from your e-mail provider or your mail server might prevent you from receiving a delivery e-mail from us, or the mail might end up in a spam or junk folder. In this case, we recommend checking these folders or contacting us for assistance, such as to resend mail or send it to an alternate email address. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our customer service department in writing within 7 days from the order placing date. Otherwise, the product will be considered received and downloaded. If you do not properly contact us during this period, you agree that we may treat the download as successful with no further right of return for a ‘non-receipt’ reason.
Major Defects
Although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. Such issues, if we fail to correct them within 48 hours from the date of the initial complaint or any other notification provided by the customer, will result in a refund being issued to the customer in full or, at the customer’s choice, a replacement of the product of the same or around the same value can be offered.
Product Not as Described
Such an issue should be reported to our technical support team within 30 days from the date of purchase. Clear evidence must be provided in writing that the purchased product is not as described on the website. Complaints based merely on the customer’s false expectations are not honored.
